The collaboration with Alchemist began as a curiosity, a shared desire to explore what happens when art and gastronomy meet. From the initial ideas to the finished works, the project developed as an experiment in form, material, and senses. The design took shape through close collaboration, with all parties contributing their expertise. Each prototype opened up new thoughts on what our material can do and how it can support an experience that extends beyond the plate. This has made us more aware of how others perceive our art.

The result is a hand-cast plate, which is hand-polished and finally lacquered without the use of energy in the creation phase. Each with its own expression, inspired by the nuances and organic rhythms of the forest. None are alike, and that is precisely why they reflect the unique dining experience at Alchemist.
